Information:

Here is how to catch MissingNo. - First go to Cinnibar Island and trade with someone inside of the lab. Next go Surf up and down the eastern coast of the island. It might take awhile, but something will attack you. It may take a couple of seconds to load, but then MissingNo. will appear. You will want to use a crappy Pokémon to catch it, because its defense sucks. Once you catch it, you can do anything you can with a normal Pokémon, except view it in Pokédex.

Wanna see a picture of Mew? Beat the Elite Four with MissingNo. Then go to a PC and go to the Pokémon League Website. Keep on going through the Pokémon until you see Mew. Yup, that's him!
